What You’ll Do:
- Participate in financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare financial models, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and control plant budgets.
- Coordinate budget exercises with other functions.
- Handle departmental expense reports and provide recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc analysis as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis or cost control, with at least 3 years in a controlling role.
- Proficient in Excel, financial analysis, accounting, reporting, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Strong English communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills.
