Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

  • As a Business Process Specialist, you will work on the group-wide optimization of global, system-based business processes in the Global Purchasing area in close coordination with the Business Process Team
  • You work actively in varied projects (further development of R/3, update and roll-out of our SRM tool, preparation for S/4 implementation) 
  • You act as a global contact for colleagues from the departments, the key users at our sites and our colleagues in the IT department
  • You design process documentation (business blueprints), manuals and training documents and conduct global workshops
  • You also organize integration tests, data migrations and SAP user training

Our expectations for this exciting role

  • Technical and/or economic training (A Levels & additional education)
  • Interest and understanding of business processes, especially in the area of Purchasing or purchase-to-pay
  • A minimum of 1 year experience with SAP is required, ideally with SAP MM 
  • Knowledge of database models required, PowerBI experience is an advantage
  • S/4 HANA expertise is an advantage
  • Moderate willingness to travel internationally
  • C1 English skills, German skills would be a bonus
  • Result-oriented and independent way of working

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 59.000.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
