Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

• Secure operation of bonded warehouses in China for Pulp Trading GmbH
• Provide the necessary support and communication to internal and external partners in this business
• Solve problems for inbound and outbound movements of pulp
• Participate in the relevant meetings and maintains relevant reports and information systems
• Cooperates in maintaining the FSC/PEFC certifications by participating in audits and trainings
• Cooperates in organizing tenders for vendors
• Cooperates with 3rd party logistics providers
• Operate the inbound and outbound movements to/from bonded warehouses
• Maintain the warehouse documentation (contracts, certifications, audits)
• Secure BWH operation
• Participate in relevant meetings and support activities

Your ideal profile for this exciting role

• College / university – commerce, logistics, other technical
• Process oriented person with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, communication skills (mostly internal communication)
• Knowledge of logistic processes, experience for at least 3 years in logistics
• Knowledge of basic commercial principles in international business
• Skills – MS Office, SAP
• English – fluent in written and spoken usage
