Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

• You will provide customer service for technical issues regarding the processing of all Lenzing fibers for our primary and downstream customers.
• You will build new relationships and gain a better understanding of unique beneficial needs using LENZING™ Lyocell for customers.
• You will develop ideas, assist customers, production, business development, and commercial teams and research with product development, new trials and technical support into new applications in a dynamic market environment.
• You will understand quality control, releasing, special lots and concessions.
• You will understand dry cut, mechanically crimped LENZING™ Lyocell compared to wet cut, naturally crimped LENZING™ Lyocell and understand all textile products, including updating technical information.
• You will cooperate with the textile machinery, chemical industry and ensure full customer satisfaction, including technical assistance in exhibitions, seminars and workshops.
• You will give full support to build up and make full use of communication tools, databases and quality management systems like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Building Management System (BMS). 

Our expectations for this exciting role

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the textiles field (e.g. spinning, dry cut, mechanically crimped, technical customer service (TCS)).
• You have a significant technical understanding of our LENZING™ Lyocell product range, of our fiber characteristics and our textile customer processes.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Textile field or other relevant qualification.
• You have very good English skills and German nice to have. 
• You are a good user of CRM and BMS systems.
• You can provide good technical customer service and cooperation with other regional teams.
